Party Nights T & C’s

• Minimum of 8 guests required for Silver package
• 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of the booking being made. If booking is less then 7 days away from date booked then full pre-payment must be made
• Full and final payment must be made 7 days before the booking
• Deposit non-refundable. Deposit can be transferred up to 6 months
• If your numbers reduce and we are advised at least 48 hours before the date of your party we will allow your surplus deposit to be used against the final balance of your account. If we are informed after this period you will be charged for the cost of the food for the original amount of people
• Payments can be made by cash, cheque or most major credit/ debit cards. If paying by cheque in the post please put your cheque card number, name and address on the reverse
• All buffets are pre-portioned, occasionally some menu items may be replaced by times of similar or greater value
• Vegetarian options available and special dietary requirements can be catered for if advised at time of booking
• Bar tabs are available at all times. A credit/debit card must be held behind the bar while the tab is active
• Your party will be seated in one of our bar areas but please be aware that on occasion we may ask to to eat at your bowling lanes
• Management reserves the right to remove offers without notice
• * On the Platinum Package your party will initially be given 3 games of bowling. If you would like more games you must ask after you have finished your 3rd game. No further charges will apply. All further games are subject to availability – you may have to join a waiting list.
