Q: Do I need to bring a minimum number of children for a birthday party?
A: Yes, we require a minimum of 6 children.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid to secure the booking. The balance of your party must be paid on the day, prior to your party commencing.
Q: Will I have to pay for children who don't turn up on the day?
A: No - you will only be charged for the number of children that turn up. However, you will have to pay for a minimum of 6 children even if fewer attend.
Q: Can I have a party midweek?
A: Yes, we offer our party packages 7 days a week.
Q: How long will my party last?
A: The duration of your party will vary according to the activities selected. Please ask at time of booking for more information.
Q: Do you provide invitations?
A: Yes, once the booking has been made you are welcome to pop in & pick up some invitations, or alternatively we will post them out to you.
Q: Will my party be supervised?
A: Your party will be organised by one of our team of party co-ordinators. However, we do not fully supervise children in your party so please ensure that you have an adequate number of adults present.
Q: Where do the children go to eat?
A: Food will be served in either our function room or cafe diner. This will be confirmed to you on the day. Your party will have their own reserved tables.
Q: Do you cater for children with special dietary requirements?
A: Yes, vegetarian options are available and we will try & cater for special dietary requirements as much as we can. Please advise at time of booking.
Q; I have an older child that wants to come along just for the bowling/laser - is this ok?
A: Yes, that is fine.
Q: Can we play party games?
A: Party games are not included in our party package. However, if you would like to play some, and there is time after the food, we will try our best to organise some for you. Please be aware that we do not provide prizes for these.
Q: Do you provide party bags?
A: We do offer party bags as party of our Deluxe Package upgrade. Please read our Party Extras page for more information.
Q: Do you provide a cake?
A: No, we do not provide a cake however you are welcome to bring one along with you. Please hand it to your party host when you arrive & they will bring it out after the food for you.
