Q: Can I bring my own bottles of champagne?

A: Yes but there will be a corking charge of £5 per bottle

Q: Can I bring a Birthday Cake?

A: Of course you can! Please hand it to a member of staff when you arrive and we will look after it for you

Q: Can I come along early and decorate the function room or bowling lane?

A: Yes you may do this as long as it does not conflict with any other bookings we may have

Q: Can I pay in full for my party on the night?

A: No. A deposit of £7 per person must be paid at least one week before your booking

Q: Can I set up a bar tab?

A: Yes this is perfectly fine. All we need is a credit card to hold while the tab is open

Q: Can I pay on full for my party before we arrive?

A: This isn’t a problem but please be aware that the payment will be non-refundable.

Q: Can I change the date of my party if I need to?

A: This is no problem as long as there is availability on the dates you are after. If you have paid a deposit this will also be transferred but never refunded

Q: Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

A: Yes we can cater for vegetarians and other dietary requirements but we would be grateful if you advised us upon booking
